Anna Maria Apartments

On the south coast of Kefalonia, in the beautiful area of lower Livathos, just a few kilometers from Argostoli, we have lovingly created a place to offer you unforgettable holidays. 

Surrounded by a large, beautiful garden, our accommodation consists of six two-room apartments, 33 sq.m each, comfortably and elegantly decorated to give you the feeling of your own home. 

All apartments consist of two independent spaces (bedroom & kitchen-dining room), independent bathroom and are fully equipped. 

They have air conditioning, free internet access and a balcony with a view of the vast blue Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. 

From the accommodation you have easy and quick access to the unique beach of Klimatsia (about 1 km) as well as to the shops of the village where you can get anything. 

In the local taverns you have the opportunity to enjoy delicious local delicacies or enjoy your drink in an environment and with the atmosphere that only we Kefalonians can create.

The apartment of this type is suitable for up to four individuals. It contains a double bed and two single ones in separate rooms, kitchen and dining room.  A baby cot is also available upon request.

Die Unterkunft ist klasse! Alles genau wie erwartet! Freundliche Menschen, sehr sauber, viel Platz und großer Balkon mit Fliegennetz, top Parkplätze, sehr sauberer und toller Grill (die Familie hat angeboten, die Kohle zu nutzen, wenn sie eh grillen), großer Kühlschrank, Toaster (normal, kein Sandwich-Toaster), starker Wasserdruck (top!), gute Betten, Lage zum Paralia Lourdata gut (10km, ~20 Min. mit dem Auto) und dort die Hemmingway Bar und Bistro (10€ 2 Sunbeds + Umbrella), großer Lidl 10 Min. entfernt

The facility is ideally located as it is close to the best beaches and the least crowded. The apartment was cosy and cute, a bit like when you visit your grandparents, you immediately feel good. Of course it has all the modernity one need as well. The owners are authentic, generous, and very kind people. They were helpful and made sure we had everything to feel like home. The legendary Greek hospitality has been proven once again. We also used the barbecue during our stay and it was easy to use. The owner helped us do it and was a very joyful and reassuring presence to have around. The view is beautiful from the balcony as you can see the sea and the mountain The parking is large and allow space to manoeuver The village is also at a walking distance to buy the groceries and to eat (I advice the restaurant of the village as it's a must) The cleanness was exceptional. The room was cleaned every single day and the linen and towels changed every second day.

Η Κυρία Μαρία είναι μια υπέροχη οικοδεσποινα και εξαιρετικός άνθρωπος.  Δεν γινόταν καλύτερα η διαμονή μας στα διαμερίσματα AnnaMaria.  Ήτανε όλα καθαρά, λογικά και οργανωμένα και η φιλοξενία ήτανε θερμή χωρίς να ειναι ποτέ ενοχλητικη.  Η περιοχή και οι κοντινές παραλίες προσφέρουν φοβερή ομορφιά.
